Bordom and the Boleyns

Okay, so I am SO bored at work because my partner in crime is not here..... You know who you are, so I am going to post about what I did yesterday. I sat down and watched "The Other Boleyn Girl". Which I have to say is probably the worst movie I have ever seen. It was worse than "Superbad". At least that one was funny. "The Other Boleyn Girl" is a crappy movie based on a crappy novel by a chick who writes okay but kinda crappy books, about two sisters (you guessed it Anne and Mary Boleyn) Who are both trying to win the affection on the one, the ONLY King HEEEEEENNNNNRY VIII, who apparently was a fox (and if he looks ANYTHING like Jonathan Rhys Meyers from "The Tudors" I agree). Anyway, Anne wins, can't give him a son shrinks a head length yada yada yada. We all took History 101 right? Now I LOVE Tudor history. I do. And even if I look past the fact that this movie/novel is kinda inaccurate (because who really gives a shit anyway right?) I simply CAN NOT get past the horrible acting! I love Natalie Portman, Eric Bana and ScarJo, but they were Awful! Every time Natalie opened her mouth to speak, I had this uncontrollable urge to slap someone. And whenever Eric Bana entered a room I wanted to be on the set, behind the door he was walking into so I could step on his abnormally huge fur coat and make him fall on his ass. It would have been SO funny! Or Cut Natalie and ScarJo's hair while they slept because having hair THAT long is just fuckin gross. I think when it comes to the story of Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn, I will just stick to "The Tudors". It is alot more entertaining and the acting is great and there is ALOT more eye candy!

Paparazzi

The Paparazzi! Well I don't know about you, but I hate them. They are ridiculous. Their "job" is to follow celebrities around and take the most God-awful cadid pictures of celebrites just to ensure the "Normal people" of the world, that they are really no different than us. Really?!?!? As if we didn't know that already. My opinion, the paparazzi are kinda like gnats. They are annoying, they follow you and hang around your face and the more to swat at them them longer they stay. I actually found a website about the history and definition of Paparazzi that I found quite funny and interesting. Enjoy:

Twilight

Here are my thoughts on the whole Twilight thing. The story its self is okay at best. The movie, I must say was pretty good. It would have been better had it not been for the poor excuse for an actress, Kristen Stewart, but I'll get to that later. Right now, I want to talk about the insane fan base. I understand that it is easy to get sucked into a book about a group of sexy, immortal teen age vampires.... but is it really necessary to talk about it every second of every day? And further more, is it necessary to wear clothing that has Team Edward on it. It is ridiculous. Apparently, there have been fans that go up to Robert Pattinson and say, "I want you to bite my neck." Really people? What is wrong with the youth today? As for Kristen Stewart. Here is my feedback on her performance: Awful. Terrifyingly Awful! She did not close her mouth once. I mean, can she not close it or is that just something she does? It makes her look stupid. And she did not change her facial expressions once. Her emotional range from happy to sad to scared was all one facial expression. It is one of the many things I know about acting that you can't tell and character's story through the words in the script. You have to use your body language and your face as tools. Even if it IS a stupid and meaningless of a character as Bella Swan. Well, This is my first blog and it will not be the last. I will probably mostly post about Celebrity happenings just because it is fun.... but I will throw some personal things in here too. That's all for now!
